Jukka Hallikainen

Jukka Hallikainen is the lead web designer of this website.
Comrade Hallikainen was born in Parkano, Pirkanmaa, Finland in 1999 to Arja and Hugo Hallikainen. He attended primary school in Parkano and university in Helsinki, where he was part of the exchange student programme. He majored in graphic design and minored in English literature. He studied in Czechoslovakia for two years. During university, he worked part-time as a model for Alamy. Due to copyright complications, Alamy legally owns every image of him until 2085.
After graduating in 2017, Hallikainen decided to immigrate to Czechoslovakia and worked as a web designer and Finnish-Czech translator.
In 2018, he was arrested on four accounts of sexual assault. In 2022, he was taken off the sex offender registry for political reasons.
In 2024, he bought a house in Ústí nad Labem with his friend Juri Macek. They adopted a dog together named Blitzkrieg.
In 2025, Hallikainen was hired by the Ministry of Culture to design this website.
